How can you join the service?

You can join the service via the website by filling in a simple registration form You can use the system immediately after registration.

What can be done with the service?

The service lets you send voice and written messages to your recipient list. You may also track the answers of recipients and see them in an orderly report.

How does it work?

You log into Telepele via our secure website. You determine whom to contact and when, record a message and send it to the recipient list.

How is it possible to create, view and modify the recipients list?

The list can be uploaded by manual loading: by adding the names directly in the site or by uploading an Excel or CSV format into the system.

How do you pay?

The payment may be made by credit card via the site or via the Telepele payment system, which supports payment by telephone. At the time of payment, you shall be asked to enter your telephone number and the system will contact you for payment. The system is a secure payment system.

Do you have to reload the recipient list each time?

No. The site allows you to manage a personal phonebook that saves all of the particulars of your recipients for your eyes only. Whenever you wish to change the list of recipients again, you may load your telephone numbers in it.

Can you send a message to all handsets?

The Telepele system allows you to send message to all types of handsets, including 1700 and 1800 lines and internal extensions.

Who creates the message?

You record the message in one of two ways. The first option is to call the Telepele recording system and record. The other option is recording using a local microphone or recording studio and loading the file into the system.

What is the length of the message?

You decide on the length of the message. We recommend recording a short, to the point message.

What indication can be received when a voice message is sent?

The message report contains details of the types of responses of recipients as follows: recipients who listened to the entire message; recipients who listened to part of the message (including the time they listened to it); recipients who were left a message and recipients who did not answer the call.

What indications may be received from the recipients?

Using the system, a number of indications may be received from recipients: confirmation or rejection of any question you ask in the message; a request for contacting and leaving a message or a comment of the recipient; a recipient request for removal from the distribution list.

How can you get responses from recipients?

Immediately after you start sending the message, you can get recipient answers online at the Telepele website. If your message has an option for voice responses from recipients, you can hear them straight from the site.

Are all messages charged the same price?

No. The length of the message determines its price. The shorter your message, the less it costs.

Is there a surcharge for special questions that are asked by the announcer?

Every announcement of a question and time for waiting for the answer of the recipient adds air time to the outgoing call. Therefore, adding questions involves an additional cost for the message.

How many characters does each message contain?

The number of characters depends on the language of the message. Hebrew: 70. English: 116.

What happens when the number of characters exceeds the limits of the cellular company?

Telepele will send one message to recipients of cellular companies with a large number of characters in the message, while dividing the message into two messages for customers of companies with a smaller number of characters per message.

What indication can be received when an SMS is sent?

The report that summarizes SMS messages includes data on people who received the message on their personal handsets.

Can you send a written message to all handsets?

The Telepele system allows you to send written messages to all mobile handsets.
